Meet the Finalists

Curran Reading Corner

Leeds and Grenville’s only community-based literacy centre specializing in reading intervention and dyslexia support. Their “Be a Reader” initiative aims to triple capacity in the region.

Gan Fitness Centre

A welcoming fitness hub promoting health and strength for all ages and abilities. Gan Fitness plans to expand and renovate to fill gaps in local recreation and wellness.

GreenVeil Packaging

A sustainable cleantech startup creating ultra-biodegradable, antimicrobial materials from locally sourced minerals and wood by-products. GreenVeil is accelerating its pilot production line at Kemptville Campus.

Monday Nutrition

A health food store and wellness hub in Spencerville offering nutritious food and community programs. They aim to expand in-house food production and invest in staff training.

QueenCare

A wellness organization supporting women and families from pregnancy through postpartum. QueenCare will launch a 1:1 Postpartum Depression Mentorship Program to meet a vital community need.

Tempo Drive Music Studio

A music school offering lessons for all ages, fostering creativity and performance skills. Tempo Drive plans to move to a commercial space, quadrupling capacity and creating a hub for music learning.
